Public toilet is an essential facility to the human society with high using-frequency.The cleanliness of public toilet not only represents a country’s level of civilization and development, but also an important index to evaluate people’s living standards.High-quality public toilet program is widely promoted, in order to increase the user’s satisfaction degree and make a more comfortable using experience, which can also bring positive influence to the tourism industry nearby.Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has been dedicated to sponsor regional government for the old public toilet repairing works by “The Executive and Management Project for Promote of Quality Public” since 2019.Furthermore. In order to help every public toilet can get rid of some descriptions like “dirty”, “humidity” and “stinky”, EPA cooperates other central agency in repairing and retrofitting old public toilets. The Environmental Protection Agency through subsidizing local government promotes the construction of high-quality public toilets. There were subsidized a total of 20 countries and cities to repair and build 629 public toilets in this year. In terms of promotion and implementation, we handled 3 briefing sessions and 1 review meeting to strengthen the concept of design, management, and implementation promotion of subsidized units; executing the subsidized unit’s project control and management supervision through 100 inspections and guidance was to assist local governments to strengthen the improvement of the quality of public toilets and the progress of implementation. Furthermore, it provided a reference and improvement for follow-up high-quality public toilet repair/new construction through the research and analysis of subsidized standards and the production of public toilets to improve the documentary. Looking forward to proving a more comfortable and high-quality toilet environment to people is through the joint promotion of the central and local governments to frame high-quality and friendly public toilets.
